“The reception staff is kindly and provides many assistance to us. It is very pity that the winery only opens in April to November. Next time we would visit it in summer time to taste the wine.”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La vue des chambres et du bar est absolument extraordinaire !! Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et ils ont su rendre notre séjour très agréables en répondant à nos multiples questions et en réservant une croisière pour nous faciliter la vie. C'était très appréciable de pouvoir échanger en français. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec de très bons produits. On recommande sans hésitation ce lieu d'exception !”

“Check in was good with helpful service. Hotel is in a great location and from outside looked good, even with indoor smoking (the norm in Macedonia). The view on to the lake is first rate and we had a corner suite. However the room was tired and needing significant work. Shower that spat water, kitchen with cracked bench and exposed wires. Common areas of hotel were filthy and . Overall a bit disappointing ”

“Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. However, there were several issues: - The address provided was incorrect and led us about 2 km away from the actual location. The new address corresponded to a different hotel name on Hotels.com, which was confusing. - There was no heating: it was out of order, and we also had no hot water. - The room itself was nice, but very cold. Since the building is made of stone and poorly insulated, the electric heater provided was not powerful enough to……

“房間很乾淨，位置非常好，就在奧赫里德的高點，可以看到整個碼頭景色，有一個陽台很適合在那邊放空，看美麗的風景，房東人很好，很友善，外面有廚房可以使用，除了床單的顏色比較不是我喜歡的顏色”
